Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 1/2 oz. can creamed corn
    1 c. sour cream
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. salad oil
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sour cream and oil well.
    Mix dry ingredients and add to the mixture.
    Pour half of batter into hot skillet.
    Sprinkle cheese over this and add remaining batter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
