Lo-Cal Lo-Fat Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. yellow cornmeal mix
6 packets equal
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. egg beaters
1/4 c. melted reduced fat margarine
Preparation

Mix ingredients in order.
Bake in a well greased 8 by 8-inch baking pan.
Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
Slice and serve warm.
