Upside-Down Ham And Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
3/4 c. diced ham
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. Nabisco cracker meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. margarine
3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
Preparation

In bottom of greased 9-inch pie plate, blend spinach, cheese, ham and onion; press lightly.
In medium bowl, combine cracker meal and baking powder.
Cut in margarine until crumbly.
Add eggs and milk; beat until blended.
Pour over spinach mixture, spreading evenly.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
