Continental Flair Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. heavy cream or evaporated milk
    4 sq. chocolate (Baker's unsweetened)
    1/2 c. butter or margarine (room temperature)
    1 tsp. rum extract or vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar and cream in saucepan.
    Bring to boil over medium heat; stir constantly.
    Remove.
    Reduce heat and simmer gently for 6 minutes.
    Remove from heat; add chocolate and stir until melted.
