Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    1 can celery soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 pt. sour cream
    3/4 c. oleo, melted
    salt and pepper
    1 pkg. Stove Top stuffing or cornbread
Preparation
    Cook chicken.
    Take off bone and put in bottom of baking dish. Reserve broth.
    Mix soups, melted oleo and sour cream.
    Pour over chicken.
    Use 1 package Stove Top stuffing or use cornbread and make stuffing.
    Use broth to moisten and put over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    If you use Stove Top stuffing only use part of seasoning, then taste.
    Cornbread and loaf bread are better and season as for dressing.
    Use enough bread for about 2 cups broth.
