Fresh Raspberry Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2-1/2 c. coarsely crushed pretzels
    3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    3/4 c. melted margarine
    8-oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 egg
    1 c. powdered sugar
    Cool Whip
    1 6-oz. pkg. raspberry gelatin
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    4 c. fresh raspberries, rinsed
Preparation
    The coarsely crushed pretzels should be the texture of chopped nuts.
    Mix together the pretzels, 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar and melted margarine.
    Press this mixture into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes; cool.
    Beat together the cream cheese, egg and 1 c. powdered sugar; fold in 9-oz. Cool Whip. Spread mixture on pretzel crust and chill.
    Dissolve raspberry gelatin and 1 c. sugar in boiling water; add cold water.
    Chill until mixture begins to thicken.
    Fold in the raspberries.
    Spoon the berry mixture over the cream cheese and chill well before serving.
