Pumpkin Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pumpkin
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    sweetener to equal 8 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. nonfat dry milk
Preparation
    Combine pumpkin, salt and spices.
    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into 9 (5 ounce) custard cups and set in baking pan.
    Pour hot water 1-inch deep.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Chill.
