Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crabmeat
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
dash of Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. seafood seasoning
3/4 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Shape into cakes.
Fry in butter or margarine until brown on each side.
Makes 6 to 8 cakes.
