Quiche Lorraine - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. margarine
6 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
1/4 lb. Swiss cheese, shredded
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. light cream
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
9-inch pie crust
Preparation

Saute onion in oil until tender; set aside to cool.
Line crust with bacon and shredded cheese.
Combine eggs, cream, salt, spices and onion.
Pour into crust.
