Pumpkin Pie Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1/2 c. butter, softened
    1 (4 serving) pkg. butterscotch pudding (instant)
    1 c. coconut (optional)
    1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
    16 oz. can pumpkin
    14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients.
    Press into ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan.
    In same bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
    Blend well.
    Pour over crust.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Check with knife into center to come out clean.
    Cool. Cut into 24 squares.
    Serve garnished with whipped cream. Refrigerate leftovers.
