Double Good Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. elbow macaroni
    1 lb. carton creamed-style small curd cottage cheese
    3/4 c. dairy sour cream
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions on the package.
    Drain well. Combine all other ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well blended. Fold in macaroni. Spoon into a well-greased 10-cup baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until it bubbles. This makes 8 servings.
