Cool Whip Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. powdered sugar
    2 pkg. instant pudding*
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix butter, flour and nuts together and press into 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Mix softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy.
    Fold in about 10 ounces Cool Whip.
    Spread evenly over cooled crust.
    Mix instant pudding with milk until it starts to thicken.
    Spread evenly over second layer.
    Top with remaining Cool Whip.
    Refrigerate.
