Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. potatoes
1 large onion, sliced
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk gradually.
Cook, stirring until thickened.
Alternate layers of potatoes which have been peeled and thinly sliced. Sprinkle lightly with additional salt and pepper.
Pour sauce mixture evenly over potatoes and onion.
Bake at 240\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour in 2-quart covered dish.
