Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 small can creamed corn
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. oil
    2 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes or until done.
