Hamburger Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. Bisquick
1 c. shredded cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
Preparation

Lightly grease 2 (8-inch) pie pans or one large pie pan.
Cook beef and onions until brown.
Drain and add salt and pepper. Spread into pans.
Sprinkle cheese on top.\tMix remaining ingredients and pour over beef and cheese.\tCook at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
