Hash Brown Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag hash browns, thawed (Ore-Ida)
3 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. sour cream
1/4 stick soft margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except potatoes.
Mix in potatoes. Put in a 9 x 13-inch buttered or greased pan.
Top with 1 cup corn flakes or 1 cup crumbled potato chips and 1/2 stick margarine (melted).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
