Ingredients

3 c. blackberries (fresh)
1 c. thinly sliced apples (fresh)
1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. quick tapioca mix
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Roll half of pastry to 1/8-inch thick and fit into a 9-inch pie plate.
Combine blackberries and apple slices; place in pie shell.
Combine sugar, tapioca and cinnamon.
Stir well.
Sprinkle over blackberries; dot with butter.
Roll out remaining dough to 1/8-inch thick; place over filling.
Trim pastry, seal and flute edges.
Cut slits for steam to release.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
