Buttermilk Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 c. buttermilk
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 c. coconut
Preparation
    Beat eggs, then add flour, oil, sugar, buttermilk, flavoring and coconut.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes in tube pan. Ovens may vary.
