Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 eggs
1 1/4 c. Crisco oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
3 c. chopped raw apples
3 c. cake flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Beat sugar, oil and eggs well; add flour and beat well.
Add nuts, vanilla and apples.
Mix well.
Pour into a greased pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
