Clam Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can minced clams
1/2 c. squeeze Parkay
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. all-purpose flour
4 eggs
Preparation

Drain clams; reserve liquid.
Add water to clam liquid to make 1 cup.
In saucepan, combine liquid, margarine, poultry seasoning and salt.
Heat to boiling.
Add flour; cook until mixture forms a ball.
Remove from heat.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each.
Stir in clams.
Drop dough by teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Serve warm or cold.
