Greek Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean hamburger
    1 medium eggplant, peeled and sliced
    2 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, seeded and sliced
    1 minced garlic
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    2 tsp. oregano
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Cook hamburger, eggplant, onions, pepper and juice until done and tender.
    Add tomato paste, broth and rest of ingredients.
    Add 3 cups water; cook until ready to eat.
