Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can whole kernel corn, drained
1/4 tsp. curry powder
salt and pepper to taste
mayonnaise to moisten
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
2 chopped fresh tomatoes, skinned
pimiento for color
Preparation

Mix well.
Chill.
Serve as a salad or as a vegetable.
This is very pretty served in grapefruit cups.
Add the tomato and mayonnaise just before serving if convenient.
