Baked Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    potatoes
    melted butter
    coarse salt
    shredded sharp cheese
    bacon bits
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in the normal way (wash skins well); cut each one completely in half lengthwise and scoop out clean.
    Brush remaining shells with melted butter inside and out.
    Sprinkle with salt and place on oven racks.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crisp and brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
    For more flavor, add cheese and bits.
    Cook 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
