Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ground green pepper
3/4 c. ground hot pepper
1 1/2 c. vinegar
6 1/2 c. sugar
1 bottle certo
green or red food coloring
Preparation

In a large dutch oven mix peppers, vinegar and sugar and bring to a boil. Boil for 10 minutes, remove from heat and add certo. Add a few drops of food coloring to color mixture. Pour into clean jelly jars. Boil lids and rings, clean jar lip and place lid and ring. Cover with a towel and let cool.
