Praline-Taffy-Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
2/3 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 tsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
6 c. thinly sliced and peeled cooking apples (about 2 1/4 lb.)
10 caramels, cut in half
half and half, light cream or milk
Preparation

Prepare crust.
On lightly floured surface, roll out half of the pastry to form a 12-inch circle. Fit into 9-inch pie plate. Trim even with rim of pie plate.
For top crust, roll out remaining dough and set aside.
