Cocoa-Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. mashed ripe bananas
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine margarine, sugar, bananas, milk, eggs and vanilla in large bowl; beat 1 minute at medium speed.
    Combine flour, cocoa, soda and salt; stir in banana mixture just until moistened.
    If desired, blend in nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes in a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
