Chunky Cream Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. lemon extract
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine
cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon extract; beat at
medium
speed of an electric mixer until smooth.
Stir in pecans.
Chill
until
ready
to serve.
Yields about 1 cup. Spread on cookies, toast or hot banana-nut bread.
