Dressing For Fowl - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. rice
1 lb. gizzards
1 lb. pork
1/2 lb. liver
1 large onion
1 stalk celery
2 bell peppers
Preparation

Grind the gizzards, liver and pork.
Wash and cook rice. Brown in about 3 tablespoons of oil.
Add a little water at a time.
Let simmer and mix with rice all the browned ingredients. Season with poultry seasonings, sage or any other seasonings you prefer.
This may be stuffed lightly in turkey or other fowl or browned in casserole.
