Bananas Foster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 bananas, peeled and cut in half lengthwise, then crosswise
    4 Tbsp. sweet butter
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. dark rum
    3 Tbsp. banana liqueur
Preparation
    Put butter, brown sugar and honey in a large skillet; stir until melted.
    Lower flame.
    Add bananas, cut side down.
    Cook on high heat until liquid begins to boil.
    Lower flame to medium. Add rum and liqueur; cook until the liquid becomes thicker.
    Turn bananas over to cook for a couple of minutes on the other side. Spoon the syrup over the bananas and serve with vanilla ice cream.
