Tomato Beef Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 lb. top round steak
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry and water
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/2 tsp. fresh minced ginger
    2 large stalks celery, 1 1/4-inch cut
    1 bell pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
    2 tsp. soy sauce
    1 clove minced garlic
    3 medium tomatoes, cut in 6 wedges
Preparation
    Cut meat in strips.
    In a bowl stir together cornstarch, soy sauce, sherry and water.
    Add meat to coat.
    Add 1 1/2 teaspoon oil and let marinate 15 minutes.
