Little Cheesecakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    vanilla wafers
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese and sugar well.
    Add vanilla and eggs. Put one vanilla wafer in the bottom of cupcake papers and fill 3/4 full of the cream cheese mixture.
    Cook at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Let cool and top with your favorite pie filling.
    Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
