Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and flaked
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Spray loaf pan with Pam or grease with margarine.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into loaf pan.
    Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    (You may wish to remove foil last 15 minutes of baking so that the salmon loaf browns lightly.)
