Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. butter
1 lb. shelled pecans
1 lb. flour (all-purpose)
1 1/2 oz. lemon extract
1 lb. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. white raisins
6 eggs
Preparation

Cream
butter,\tsugar and eggs (one at a time), beating well after
each
egg.
Add
extract
and
flour (sifted with baking powder).
Last,
add nuts and raisins to which some of the flour has
been sifted on top and coated the fruit.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
