Crustless Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole eggs
    2 c. milk
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    1 stick margarine, melted
    3 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well.
    Spray pans with cooking spray. Pour mixture in pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Cool pies completely and top with Cool Whip.
    This recipe makes two pies.
