Gravy Type Chicken Moli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    chili powder
    peanut butter
Preparation
    Boil fryer until done.
    Set aside, with broth.
    In large skillet, stir about 1/2 cup peanut butter, add about 1 cup broth. Stir in chili powder to desired taste and color.
    Add more broth until amount of gravy needed.
    Add more peanut butter until desired consistency.
    Add the fryer (deboned if desired), cover and simmer about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Stir occasionally.
    Serve over white or Spanish rice or over mashed potatoes.
