Corn Sticks * - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            3/4 c. corn meal
 
2 Tbsp. flour
2 Tbsp. Wesson oil
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
pinch of soda
1 egg
buttermilk
Preparation
- 
                            Combine all ingredients; add enough buttermilk for desired consistency.
 
Pour into hot, oiled cornstick pan.
Bake at 500\u00b0 until brown.
Makes 7 cornsticks.
