Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 small hot pepper, chopped
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. onion, chopped
3 eggs
1 c. cream-style corn
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into greased iron skillet. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
