Chicken Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 chicken breasts, boiled, diced and broth saved
2 c. rice
1 can chicken soup
1 small can Swiss cheese
1/4 c. oleo
1 (10 oz.) pack mixed vegetables, cooked until crisp in chicken broth
bread crumbs, sprinkled on top
Preparation

Cook rice. Add Swiss cheese, butter and soup. Steam mixed vegetables and add to rice all other ingredients. Add chicken breasts. Makes a large casserole dish. Sprinkle bread on top. Bake about 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
