California Green Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. fresh green beans, cut
2 cans or 1 pkg. (8 oz.) frozen baby shrimp
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 medium bell pepper, sliced thin
Wish-Bone Italian salad dressing (enough to cover for marinade)
pepper to taste
Preparation

Steam green beans until tender, yet crisp; cool.
Add onions, bell pepper, shrimp and dressing.
Chill at least 12 hours before serving.
Add pepper and serve on lettuce leaf.
