Whipped Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 stick butter (room temperature)
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Mix butter, beating with electric mixer until light and fluffy, then whisking in oil, one tablespoon at a time. Refrigerate in a covered container.
