Zucchini-Raisin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    1 tsp. baking powder
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat sugar and oil in large mixing bowl with mixer at low speed.
    Add beaten eggs, zucchini and vanilla.
    Beat together well.
    Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and baking powder. Put into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
    Cool 10 minutes, then turn out of pans.
    May also freeze.
