Meat Loaf With Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
4 slices white bread
1 egg
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, breaking bread into small pieces before adding.
Shape in casserole or large loaf pan.
Spread cream of mushroom soup, straight from can, on top with back of spoon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Serves about 6.
