Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. onion or herb with garlic soup mix
    2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, add all ingredients. Toss in bowl until potatoes are evenly coated.
    Empty potatoes into shallow baking or roasting pan. Bake 40 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
    Makes 8 servings.
