Nifty Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 bacon slices
1 c. celery slices
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (16 oz.) cans cut green beans, drained
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation

In skillet over medium gas flame, fry bacon until crisp; remove from skillet.
Crumble.
Drain fat, reserving 1 tablespoon. Saute celery and onion in reserved fat over medium gas flame. Add beans and dill; heat.
Add processed cheese spread; turn off flame.
Stir until cheese spread begins to melt.
Top with bacon. Yield:
6 servings.
