Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, stewed
    2 or 3 c. broth
    1 c. rice, cooked
    2 cans mushroom soup
    1 onion, diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 stick butter
    1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Pull the chicken off
    the
    bone
    and
    place chunks in a large bowl.
    Mix in
    the mushroom soup, which has been thinned with the broth, the
    rice,
    onion,
    salt and pepper.
    Pour all into
    a greased
    baking dish and cover with the bread crumbs. Melt
    the stick
    of butter and pour over the casserole.
    Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until browned and bubbling.
