Teriyaki Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. molasses
    2 tsp. ground ginger
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    6 cloves garlic, minced
    3 lb. bottom round roast or sirloin tip roast, sliced 1/4-inch thick
Preparation
    Marinate meat for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
    Cook on grill 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
