Layered Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    8 oz. kidney beans, drained
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1 c. shredded Cheddar, American or Monterey Jack cheese
    1 can chopped and drained black olives
    8 oz. tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. crushed corn chips
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Pour off drippings. Sprinkle taco seasoning mix over meat. Stir in tomato sauce and kidney beans. Cook slowly 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
