Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oranges
    3 or 4 apples
    1 can pineapple chunks or tidbits
    1 small box vanilla pudding instant with NutraSweet
Preparation
    Peel and cut up the oranges and apples in small pieces.
    Drain the juice from the pineapple and do not use the juice in the salad. Add to fruit. Stir in the box of instant vanilla pudding mix from the box making sure all the fruit is covered well. Raisins, coconut and cherries may be added. Will keep for days in refrigerator in a covered bowl.
