Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. rhubarb
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
4 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, separated
unbaked pie crust
Preparation

Fill unbaked crust with rhubarb.
Mix flour, sugar and butter. Add beaten egg yolks to mixture.
Spread over rhubarb then bake at 350\u00b0 until rhubarb is soft.
Beat egg whites, add 4 tablespoons sugar; spread on top of pie.
Put back in oven until brown.
