Coconut Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. coconut
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. buttermilk
    5 eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 unbaked crusts
Preparation
    Pour melted butter over sugar.
    Beat eggs well.
    Pour over butter and sugar.
    Add buttermilk, coconut and vanilla.
    Mix well with spoon.
    Pour into crust; bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
